A ball with a unique roller system that rolls effortlessly from side to side, and front to back.
Features
- Made from ultra high molecular weight material for longer wear.
- Sized 2” / 5 cm diameter around and 3.5” / 9 cm tall.
- Self-cleaning inner disc and a unique roller shield protect the inner steel bearings while keeping the ball rolling freely.
- Used with the constant contact technique.
- Great for a variety of terrains, including grass, gravel, dirt, and concrete.
- Fits any standard Ambutech hook-style long cane (not suitable for slimline, guide, or symbol canes).
Achieving Goals
Mobility canes help individuals who are blind or have low vision navigate independently by detecting obstacles in their path. They are intended for people who have had training that enables them to use the cane for safe and independent travel. An assessment and training are recommended for first-time cane users with our Orientation and Mobility Specialists.
