Review and win monthly raffle terms and conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Vision Australia Store Monthly Review Raffle ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is Vision Australia (Vision Store) (ABN 67 043 550 862), located at 454 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong, VIC 3144, Australia ("Promoter").

This Promotion is a monthly raffle and can be terminated at any time by the Promoter.

Each monthly draw opens on the 1st day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM (AEST/AEDT) and closes on the last day of that same calendar month at 11:59 PM (AEST/AEDT) ("Promotion Period").

An initial monthly draw will be conducted on October 30, 2026, for a special list of customers invited to participate in the Promotion.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older who have made a purchase from the Vision Store (online or in-store) and received a review invitation email.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of employees of Vision Australia, as well as any agencies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

To enter the monthly draw, eligible participants must:

1. Receive a review invitation email from Vision Store following a product purchase.
2. Click the unique review link provided in the email.
3. Submit a valid product rating and a written review on the Vision Store website during the active Promotion Period.

Limit of one (1) entry per product review submitted. Multiple reviews for different purchased products across separate transactions are permitted, but each review must be genuine and unique.

No purchase is strictly necessary other than the initial qualifying product purchase that triggered the review request. There is no cost to submit a review.

One monthly draw winner will receive a $150 Vision Store Gift Card.

Total prize pool value is $150 AUD per month ($1,800 AUD annually).

Gift cards are subject to standard Vision Store terms and conditions, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The draw will take place on the first business day following the end of each calendar month at 10:00 AM (AEST/AEDT) at Vision Australia, 454 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong, VIC 3144.

The winner will be drawn at random by the use of a random number generator from valid entries received during that calendar month.

The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their review submission within five (5) business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, a redraw will take place on the 15th day of that month at the same location.

Vision Australia collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including regulatory authorities.

Entry is conditional on providing this data. Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with the Vision Australia Privacy Policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits automated or fraudulent reviews, or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any written directions from regulatory departments.
