Instructions for Threading: Place the needle in either the white or black duct with the pointed end facing upwards. Then loop the thread into the base of the groove with one end longer than the other. Slowly slide the white knob in the direction of the arrow that is underneath it. Then pull the discharged thread until the short end comes out. Then remove the threaded needle carefully near the eye.
