Vision Store is committed to a high standard of service so we aim for short delivery turnarounds wherever possible. We endeavour to dispatch orders received during standard business hours on the next business day (subject to availability). For the majority of deliveries, we use Australia Post, Parcel Post or Blind Post.
Delivery should be within 5-10 working days to allow for Australia Post delivery times. If you have not received your delivery within 10 days of your order please contact our National Contact Centre on 1300 84 74 66.
Only Parcel Post is trackable and may require a signature on delivery (anyone can sign). In the event a signature is required, we will require a delivery address where someone will be available to receive goods (such as a work address). If no one is home to receive your item, you will be left a card with an 'authority to leave' option.
For orders to be delivered within Australia, the following postage charges apply:
- Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 except in WA/NT/Far North QLD. Note: our 2019 calendars and diaries are excluded from free shipping.
- A flat rate shipping rate of $5 will be charged for any order less than $100 or $10 in WA/NT/Far North QLD
- Orders less than $100 will incur a $7.95 handling fee excluding Blind Post items
- Goods weighing more than 10KGS will incur a $60 shipping fee Australia- wide.
The cost of delivery of Vision Australia products or merchandise purchased by you will be calculated at the time the product is ordered, and will be incorporated into the final price of the product.
When we send your products, the package will include a 'dispatch note' with details of the contents. It is really important to check this against the actual contents of the package and alert us immediately (within 7 working days) of receiving the order about any discrepancies.
Most of our products and some publications in large print can be sent by freepost under the Blind Post scheme.
However, Blind Post offers no guarantees of delivery or insurance for valuable items. We therefore, have to make delivery charges for some high value products which need to be sent by a special delivery method. Where a product incurs a delivery charge this is highlighted in the product details and will be added to your order at checkout.
At this time, Vision Australia will not ship any orders placed online outside Australia. In the event that any order is made requiring international shipment, those orders will be cancelled by Vision Australia, and any payment made refunded.
