We're sorry that once you’ve placed your order, then it is not possible to change it online. If you change your mind or wish to adjust your order, just call us on 1300 84 74 66 (or email email@example.com outside of business hours) and we'll make the necessary changes. Please note, we endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order, so changes to any order already dispatched may incur a warehouse and additional mail fee.

A range of living aids and assistive technology can be viewed and trialled at our Vision Stores. Vision Store’s team and our trained service professionals are available to provide you with information and advice, to ensure you make informed choices about the aids and technology best suited to you.
Online payment for products can be made by a MasterCard or Visa credit card, American Express or Diners Club.
