Fast delivery

At Vision Store, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you quickly. We aim to dispatch orders by the next business day (subject to stock availability).

Fees and charges

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 for all standard orders within Australia under 22 kilograms. You may receive your order in multiple packages. For items over 22 kilograms, or for items coming from further afield, we'll calculate any additional postage charges at the time of your order – keeping everything transparent and easy.

Dispatch notice

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking notification via email. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. If your order hasn't reached you within 10 business days of receiving your tracking notification, call our National Contact Centre on 1300 84 74 66 or email [email protected]. (Please note: once placed, orders can’t be changed or cancelled).

Shipping times

While we always strive for speedy delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or unexpected events. We appreciate your understanding.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse or store. For deliveries requiring a signature, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If no one’s available to sign for it, Australia Post will take it to the nearest post office and notify you when it’s ready to collect via email.
