Vision Store delivery and tracking policy
At Vision Store, we want to make receiving your order as simple as possible. Below you’ll find information about dispatch times, shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and how to track your order.
Dispatch times
- Most orders are dispatched within one to two business days (subject to stock availability).
- Special-order or bulky items may take longer to prepare.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery within Australia: $15 flat rate handling fee for orders under 22kg.
- Large, heavy, or fragile items (over 22kg) may attract extra charges. You will be notified before your order is confirmed.
- Delivery to PO Boxes is available for most products, except oversized or restricted items.
Delivery timeframes
- Metro areas (excluding Perth): three to seven business days.
- Perth: seven to ten business days.
- Regional areas: five to ten business days.
- Remote locations (including Perth): three to seven business days or longer.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Track my Vision Store order
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Track your parcel online via the Australia Post website or the AusPost app (Google Play/Apple).
- If your order is delayed or tracking shows no updates, call 1300 847 466 or email [email protected].
International orders
- Vision Store does not ship internationally.
- Customers in New Zealand can shop directly via the Vision Store NZ website. Only products available on the New Zealand website can be delivered to New Zealand.
