Delivery

Vision Store is committed to a high standard of service. We aim for short delivery times and endeavour to dispatch orders on the next business day (subject to availability). 

Fee

For all standard orders under 22 kilograms within Australia there is a flat packing and handling fee of $10.00. You may receive your order in multiple packages. For items weighing more than 22 kilograms or that are special order, further postage charges will apply. This will be calculated at the time the product order is completed.

Shipping

Once order is shipped, please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery. If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days of your order please contact our National Contact Centre on 1300 84 74 66, or email [email protected]. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods or due to unforeseen postal service delivery issues or unavoidable events beyond Vision Australia’s control.

Delivery services affected by extreme weather conditions: Due to recent flooding and adverse weather conditions, transport from the east coast of Australia to South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia remains impacted by rail and road closures.
Tracking information is tending to be inaccurate at the moment as shipments may be redirected as the situation changes daily. This has caused significant delays to deliveries and we have been advised delays will continue into the new year.
We apologize for any inconvenience but please understand this is beyond our control. 

Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking notification via email once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse or store. In the event where a signature is required, a delivery address must be provided to ensure someone will be available to receive the parcel. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will be left with a postal tracking card.
