Click and collect

Vision Store offers a convenient click and collect service, allowing you to order online and pick up your items from a participating store. This option is perfect if you’d like to avoid delivery costs or collect your order at a time that suits you.

1. Choose your products and add them to your cart.
2. Choose your preferred Vision Store collection location.
3. At checkout, select click and collect as your delivery option (only available if your items are eligible, and available at your chosen store).
4. Choose your preferred Vision Store collection location.
5. Complete your order and payment.
6. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

• Orders are usually ready for collection within three to seven business days.

• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, please wait for this notification before visiting the store.

• Click and collect is free of charge.

• Standard delivery fees only apply if you choose home delivery instead.

When you collect your order, please bring:

• A copy of your order confirmation email (printed or digital), and
• Photo ID matching the order name.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need:

• A copy of the order confirmation email, and
• Their own photo ID.

• Click and collect is only available on eligible products and at participating Vision Store locations.
• If click and collect is not available for your order, you’ll only see delivery options at checkout.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is available for collection. Please wait for this before visiting the store.

How long will you hold my order?

Orders will be held for 14 days after notification. If you cannot collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, they’ll need a copy of the order confirmation email and their own photo ID.

Is click and collect available on all products?

No, some bulky or special-order items may not be eligible. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Does click and collect cost extra?
